Website use

• Do not misuse the site (abuse, probing, or disruptive activity).
• Content is provided “as is” for informational purposes.
• We may update the site and these terms periodically.

Intake submissions

• Submitting an intake does not create a binding contract for delivery.
• Quotes, estimates, and timelines are only binding once confirmed in writing.
• Please do not submit sensitive secrets you cannot share (e.g., production credentials).

Confidentiality

We treat project information as confidential in ordinary course. Where formal confidentiality is required, we can execute an NDA before deeper access is granted.

Hosting posture

Hosting can be managed by you or by SSD. If SSD manages hosting on your behalf, service suspension may occur if invoices are materially overdue, to prevent ongoing cost exposure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Any project delivery liability is governed by the signed delivery agreement for that work.
