This policy applies to services provided by Sinking Ship Digital (Pty) Ltd.
Due to the nature of digital services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been delivered.
Payments for completed or partially completed work are non-refundable.
Monthly services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
